Ingredients:
One serving of noodles, 200 grams of minced pork, green onions garlic
chili peppers
cucumber.
Instructions: For the perfect Zhajiang sauce
Mix together 3 tablespoons light soy sauce
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons sweet bean paste
1 tablespoon Doubanjiang
a pinch of sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
half a bowl of water.
Heat a bit of oil in a pan. Once hot, add the minced pork and stir-fry until it changes color. Add green onions

stir-fry until aromatic. Pour in the sauce mixture and cook until it thickens.
Cook the noodles according to package instructions, rinse with cold water, drain well, and place in a bowl. Top with cucumber strips and pour over the meat sauce. Mix well before eating and enjoy!
